Note: Some items cannot be ordered online, they must be ordered over the telephone or in person.

also be your user name. When asked for your user name type in the email address 
you signed up with. When buying firearms off this web site it is your sole responsibility to make sure you get to us a FFL we can ship your firearm to. We only accept FFL by mail (go to contact page for address) email sales@gungorilla.com or fax copy 406-226-7168 FFL we can read.

How do I get my FFL to you or buy firearms off this page?

We accept email copies sales@gungorilla.com or fax copies 406-226-7168 of FFL's provided they are in accordance with BATFE rules and regulations. Be advise it is your responsibility to contact a FFL dealer in your area to accept the firearm shipment. We are a FFL Holder and our FFL number to do a FFL EZ Check is 3-36-XXX-XX-XX-03829 Your FFL Dealer must sent us a current copy of his signed FFL in order for us to proceed with the order. 

We sell by TRANSACTION not by dealer or by your name BY SALE TRANSACTION number. Each gun that I have has a number assigned to it that is a transaction number, any guns you bought from me in the past do not have the same transaction number as the previous guns, all have separate numbers assign to each one. 

What does this mean? Your
NAME and TRANSACTION number must be on the copy of all email or faxed FFL to avoid any confusion this helps us keep track of the purchase and two it lets your dealer know you have something in bound. 

Make sure when having a FFL transmitted to us it includes your name and item you are purchasing plus the invoice number you received this must be on face of FFL . 

All Firearms are warranty by the manufacturer and must be return to them for service, all firearms purchases are final. ANY FIREARM PURCHASE CANCEL WILL RESULT IN A 10% CANCELLATION FEE. FIREARM NOT TRANSFER AFTER 30 DAY ARE SUBJECT TO NO REFUND.




What types of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Also Debit cards. Are checkout page is secure and insured against fraud.

However, We will need the following In order to be able to process your credit card payment (very Important): 
-Credit Card Number 
-Expiration Date 
-3 digit CVV Number (found on back of credit card) 
-Billing & Shipping address (if different) 

We also accept certified bank check, personal and company checks, and postal money order. Money Order and Checks need to be sent to address on the Info page. 
If paying by certified bank check or postal money order, funds must be received within 3 business days of confirmation of your order with us. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item. Again, before buying or committing to buy, check your local and state laws to see if ownership of item is legal where you reside. 

If mailing in an order with a Check / M.O. please be sure to include a list of what you are ordering along with payment as well as a return shipping address. That way we can expedite your order and get it shipped right away without any delays.




What are the Term Rules?

Gun Gorilla is an authorized dealer for all major manufacturers of firearms, and carries a wide range of firearms at great prices.

Due to the nature of sales through a medium such as the Internet, all guns listed are subject to prior sale. Additionally, the sale of guns in each state, including California, are subject to differing legal requirements, including background checks, refusal due to various characteristics of the firearm, and other requirements. We follow all regulations for sale, including state and Federal. 

In the event of an interstate sale, we will ship the gun to the closest Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer within your state. If you decide to purchase a gun from us and you are out of state, we require from you a dealers Federal Firearms License (FFL) that is current and sign that will be subject to ATF FFL check. In State purchase require that you fill out a ATF 4473 and can pass a FBI background check. We accept email and fax FFL that are verifiable and readable 

it is your responsibility to find a dealer in your area to accept a firearm or to comply with all IOP or LEO purchases. (SEE HOW DO I GET MY FFL TO YOU)




Returns and Exchanges

Any new parts that cannot be restocked as 100% new are considered used and will not be refunded. All returns or exchanges may incur a restocking fee. Based on our discretion. All returns need to include orginal order slip from web site purchase showing the original the Gun Gorilla order number.

We reserve the right to accept returns on a case by case basis. No return will be accepted without pre-approved from us in advance Via email. No returns or exchanges on ammunition, or on firearms without approval, all firearms need to be return to manufacturer if damage has occurs during shipping or it does not function correctly once you receive it. 

We refund the original price of the parts less SHIPPING and restocking fee. No returns on any or all firearms, if you fail to pick them up after 10 days or you fail a NIC FBI background check. If you order a firearm on line and cancel the order for any reason.... if a refund is issued there will be a 10% restocking fee.




Shipping and Handling for Parts & Guns

We ship all parts thru the USPS Priority mail delivery confirmation. SH costs do NOT include insurance. If insurance is need please state so. Added costs will incur for the insurance. 

USPS no longer gives out in advance a tracking or confirmation number only at the time of rendering of item. If you do not get your item within five business days of notification that item has shipped please contact us. 

When calling us about any order please have your order number (GG Number) and 
date order handy. Email is best with any question concerning any order. 

All firearms & ammunition are shipped thru FEDEX and USPS signature required.




Privacy Policy: Customer Information and Our Database

Your security is our #1 concern. As fellow consumers we understand the concerns and anxieties associated with online purchases. We take every step to insure your personal security. We guarantee it! We do not share your information with anyone. Period. 



Credit Card Information: 
Our online transactions are kept completely private. We do not keep or have access to your credit card numbers. We don't store your credit card numbers for future purchases as well.




Defective Merchandise Policy

If you believe the product you received is defective in any way you will need to first contact the manufacturer or importer of the product to see what their warranty policy is in regards to repair or replacement of their product. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, Gun Gorilla is not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer or importer. If you contact us regarding the return of defective product, you will need to be able to supply us with the point of contact at the specific manufacturer or importer in the USA you dealt with either by phone or by email. If you need assistance in contacting the manufacturer or importer of a specific product we can provide you with that information via email.

Ordering Ammo from our Web Site

All ammunition orders must be a minimum of 5 boxes in order for the order to process.

California Shipments

In order to properly process your transactions we will need a valid FFL number as well as a 5-digit CFLC (California Firearms Licensee Check) number. You can call one of your local gun dealers if you have any questions about FFL or CFLC numbers. Please have this information available at the time of purchase in order to expedite the process.
